I used one of these to wrap around a hand cart to hold in photography equipment bags. They are 40" long and that's just right for hand cart usage. It wrapped around once and held everything pretty tight.
I'm glad I bought them!

Curved, rubberized hooks are easy to use. Bungee cord is strong, stretches appropriately. You get more than you pay for with this product. Don't hesitate - you should buy this if you need 2 cords ASAP.

I recently bought a hand truck to replace a broken one but found that the strap I was using wouldn't work because it was too short to go around one of four laundry hampers. I use the hampers to move trash, laundry, and grocheries. But if I wanted to move two of them, it became a risky balancing act. The second hamper would have to be perched on the top of the secured hamper. More often than I care to admit, the top one would fall to the street and create a mess. I really needed a new strap but I honestly didn't know if the bungee cords would work or not. I crossed my fingers and took a chance on the new cords anyway. They were the perfect replacement. They fit just right and held the hamper firmly in place without my having to fight to secure them. Since I bought two bungee cords, I now can secure two hampers at the same time without the risk of dumping the top one in the street which saves me time and steps.

I wasted a lot of time trying to find out the length of these bungee cords, but went on and purchased them since they were an item recommended as a companion purchase to the Magna Cart. Turns out they were of an appropriate useful length.

I have used lots of bungee cords over the years that have varied in quality. Cheap bungee cords tend to be thin, have a single hook, and fray easily--though sometimes none of that matters. However after I purchased the Magna Hand Cart on Amazon to transport boxes in the office and luggage at the airport, I looked for a quality set of bungee cords that I could use, and discovered this product, which works perfectly.
Regardless of what you use these bungee cords for, they are first rate. They have a nice thickness, a double hook at each end for a more secure connection, and easily stretch. For the price a set costs on Amazon, they are a bargain. They are much longer than lots of other bungee cords, however, so be sure that you need this extra length; otherwise you should get something else.
