The item had the paint rubbed off because the box was the exact size of the item and opened. The rivets that holde the hinge were all broken and the lid was hanging loose. Tradesman needs to find another way to attach the lid. It has very cheap rivets holding it on.

When I received the tool box the box was destroyed and the rivets were broken. I called Tradesman, who were very helpful, and they sent me new rivets but I found that the holes had been put in the wrong spot. After drilling new holes and installing the new rivets the tool box is ready to go. Not the best tool box I have ever had but for the price I am very satisfied.
